Generally, orders placed before 1 PM PST Monday through Thursday for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States will generally be shipped next day via UPS.

Orders placed after 1 PM on Thursday through 1 PM PST Monday will be shipped for delivery on the first Tuesday after the order, though in some cases, delivery may occur sooner. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and locations within the 48 contiguous United States where UPS delivery are not available (for example, UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes) will be shipped via the United States Postal System Mail, which generally takes 1-3 business days. Additional time should be allowed for shipments to US Territories, APO/FPO addresses.

Deliveries are generally not made on weekends or holidays, and extra time should be allowed during holidays.

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you*.  We will provide a pre-paid USPS shipping label to send your return item(s) back to us.  Simply drop off your packaged and labeled product(s) to your nearest United States Post Office.
