At ShoesJS.com, we want you to be happy with your purchases. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail with no time limit.

Items designated as CLEARANCE are final and not returnable.

Return by Mail

Just enclose the merchandise with your original receipt and send it to the address below. We will provide you with a pre-paid USPS shipping label to return your item(s) back to us. Simply drop your shipment off at your nearest United States Post Office.

Things to Keep in Mind...

• For all credit card refunds, please note that all credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
• Please allow seven days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
• Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your Statement.
